About us
“PIPL Lyceum is a private school for students in grades 0-11. We are committed to multiple education, looking for ways to individualize learning, and taking into account the needs and characteristics of each of our students when building processes in the Lyceum, because we believe that school should be a safe place for the first attempts in the life of every child. In 9 years in private education, we have come a long way to our own educational network, full of meaning, innovative approaches, and team relationships that we are proud of.”
To develop an enlightened and self-driven younger generation, nurturing values of innovation, knowledge, respect, Ukrainian identity and global awareness, while empowering them to play an essential role in shaping a better future.
Keeping knowledge and experience at the core of learning, we direct all efforts to forming strong individuals capable of developing strategies for a successful future and implementing them.
Our values
What sets us apart?
All policies, procedures, and processes at the Lyceum are permeated by our values. This helps us create an educational system where every student feels part of a community, where their development is a priority, and where support and freedom of choice contribute to achieving harmony in learning and life.

According to psychologist Howard Gardner's theory, education should focus on recognizing and developing different types of intelligence, not just traditional academic skills. Developing mathematical or linguistic intelligence, which is usually the focus of classical education, is not enough to ensure that every child has the opportunity to find their strengths while still at school and know how to develop them.
The fragmentation of education is often criticized, as it traditionally does not always provide a holistic perception of knowledge. Our response to this challenge lies in the harmonious integration of the two key components of the lyceum - academic and formational. When these components work in synergy, we can effectively implement our mission: to ensure the comprehensive development of students, combining deep academic knowledge with the formation of personal and social skills that help them more confidently realize themselves in the modern world.

Preparation for the National Secondary School Examination (NSE) is an integral part of the schedule of senior students in our lyceum. Our system of preparation for exams has shown its effectiveness, which is confirmed by the results of external ratings. For two years in a row, our lyceum has held the title of the best private school according to the NSE results, and also takes 5th place among all schools in Lviv.
Students often need additional support to overcome difficulties and motivation to achieve their goals. Mentors become a reliable support for children and the main significant adult in the lyceum. A mentor can help identify strengths and adapt learning strategies to a specific student, which is welcome for personal development.

One of the priorities of our work is qualified psychological support for the entire school community. We use various methods and tools to work with students, the team and parents, because we believe that caring for mental health, the ability to experience emotions, build healthy relationships and effectively resolve conflicts are key to the full realization of the individual.
We are the only school in Lviv and western Ukraine authorized as an IB World School.
Only at our school can students enroll in the IB Diploma Programme — a fully English-taught, internationally recognized curriculum for Grades 10–11 that provides outstanding pre-university preparation.
After completing this two-year program in Lviv, students receive an IB Diploma, recognized by over 3,000 universities worldwide for direct admission to undergraduate programs.
