Official Announcement: Admissions for the IB Diploma Programme are NOW OPEN!

It is official! On July 1, 2024, PIPL Lyceum was added to the international database of authorized IB schools, granting us the prestigious status of an IB World School.

This is a breakthrough—not just for our school community, but for the entire city of Lviv. For the first time, local high school students can enroll in an English-taught, internationally recognized curriculum that prepares them for entry into the world’s top universities. This achievement is a testament to our high academic standards and international recognition.

Admissions & Entrance Testing

The Testing Process: We look for academically prepared and highly motivated students. Our strength lies in creating a powerful, developing environment.

• Mathematics: Minimum passing score of 8/12.

• English Language: Minimum passing score of 8/12.

• Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology): This test assesses general erudition and aptitude; while it doesn't strictly dictate admission in the general competition, it helps us understand the student's profile.

Special Opportunities: The Merit Scholarship

Are there special conditions for gifted students? Yes! One seat in the IB class will be tuition-free.

• This spot will be awarded to the applicant with the highest combined score across all three tests.

• In the event of a tie, selection will be based on a motivation letter, an interview with the coordinator and psychologist, and a final blind draw.

Next Steps After Testing

If the testing is successful:
